Cullen Financial Planning have operated in the financial services industry for 13 years now. In that time we have steadily increased the number of individual customers we serve to over 7,000. Most of our work comes through reference based on our reputation for service excellence.
That reputation has been built on the recognition that every individual has different needs. We also recognise that people we meet as “Private Individuals” one moment are often meeting us as “Employees” or “Executives” the next. They may even be the next “Startup entrepreneur” to come through our doors. Whilst we value new relationships we realise that our main task should be to focus on the customers we have now, not those we have yet to meet.
Inevitably, we have become increasingly involved in our customers’ businesses. As we have expanded we have listened and understood the needs of the Commercial Sector. Our experience has driven us to establish a range of quality financial services for the hard pressed entrepreneur. The financial needs of the smaller business are often overlooked and we have sought to close that gap.
Recent development in the areas of pension and wider employee benefits, has meant that we have also found our services valued by larger companies. The recognition that good financial advice, excellent personal service and quality delivery at low cost aren’t mutually exclusive, has come as something of a relief to some of our larger customers.
